SnoBasics - vol 7 - In-App User Feedback & Lookahead to Expo West and Beyond

Hello, happy Saturday, and welcome to SnoBasics where we share what’s new over here at SnoBase.

SnoBase replaces the spreadsheets CPG brands use to manage their wholesale distribution network with a single intuitive system spanning common workflows to detailed analytics.

As we prepare a flurry of new releases over the next several weeks, which will highlight what we’re calling “Practical AI” and include our first features specifically designed for brokers and distributors, we’re sharing this week a relatively small improvement to strengthen our user feedback loop.

Specifically, we’ve released a new in-app feedback tool that makes it easier for users to share any product ideas, feature requests, issues, screenshots, recordings, and comments directly with the SnoBase team.

Building collaboratively and being the closest to the workflow are core values here, so please make liberal use of the tool. Hearing from you makes SnoBase better for everyone!

We’re also looking ahead to Expo West next week. See below for a preview and shoot us a note if you’re walking the show!

There is now a built-in way to send feedback directly from inside the SnoBase app. The feedback tool lives in the top right corner of the app, next to Status Updates, Email Inbox, and Document Library.

You can share feature requests, bug reports, workflow ideas, or general feedback. You can also include screenshots, video, or attachments to give more context.

Give it a whirl and let us know!

Open the SnoBase app. Click the feedback icon in the top right. Leave your comment and submit. That’s it.

Centralizing feedback helps us track themes, prioritize more effectively, and respond faster. Most importantly, it helps us build the right features for you.

Next week, we’re excited to be escaping the snow for a few days and heading to sunny Anaheim, California for Natural Products Expo West to connect with partners and friends from across the industry.

SnoBase is particularly excited to be co-sponsoring the RodeoCPG Pitch Slam at The Well Network Expo Summit West on Tuesday afternoon.
