SnoBasics - vol 9 - Submissions and AI Assisted Onboarding

We’re excited to announce two new features that improve the breadth and ease of use of SnoBase's retail sales management solution.

Submissions gives brands a living memory of every new item presentation sent to a retailer, so critical details don’t disappear into old emails, files, or broker follow-ups. Even when the answer is “no,” teams can quickly see what was submitted, when, and with which programs, fees, promos, and supporting data.

And because Submissions connects with FormBot, those details can be used to complete retailer new item submission forms faster and more accurately.

AI-assisted product onboarding turns pricing sheets and spec sheets into structured SnoBase product records in under two minutes, without manual entry, import templates, or back-and-forth with customer service.

SnoBase’s AI reads the files, identifies the key product details, and maps them to the SnoBase schema across any number of SKUs.

Once products are onboarded, brands can immediately use the rest of the platform, including FormBot for faster new item setup forms.

The goal of software needs to evolve beyond cumbersome data entry and long onboarding before the customer sees any value.

AI-Assisted Onboarding, and the recent release of FormBot, chip away at that while a release like Retailer Submissions continues to enrich the sales process data stored in SnoBase, such that SnoBase becomes the place for a brand to build its persistent retail sales memory.
